Everything You Need to Know About Our Brisbane Cakes
Easy Online Ordering
As the fully online cake shop Brisbane chooses for seamless service, we only take online orders through our website. Our website displays our full range of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies and you simply need to add your desired purchase to your cart and fill in the required details and choose from the preselected options.
Delivery and Pick-Up
During checkout, you’ll be presented with two options for receiving your purchase: delivery and pick-up.
Cake delivery is available if you spend a minimum of $50, and sees our in-house drivers come to your location for a flat rate of $10. If no one is available to receive the products, we will leave the delivery in a safe place. Our goods are perishable, however, which means we can’t take responsibility for their condition after they have been delivered if nobody is home.
If you would rather collect your order yourself, the Pick-Up option is also available. Your order will be available to collect from our location in Redland Bay on your selected date and timeslot, and you will receive the exact address in your confirmation email.
Order Deadlines
When you order cakes online with us, all orders require a minimum of 1 full working days’ notice, with the cut-off time for next day delivery being 10am Monday to Friday.
What We Bake
We bake delicious, moist sponge cakes that are available in either vanilla or chocolate and feature a vanilla buttercream finish. While we no longer accept custom orders, you will be able to personalise your purchase by choosing your preferred colours for the icing. You can also add a special message on top or use the branding of your business for corporate events.
Allergy Information
While we offer gluten and dairy free options, however, we cannot guarantee that they will contain zero traces of gluten or dairy. This means we don’t recommend our products for those with severe intolerances. All our products are made using eggs, while they may also contain traces of nuts and soy. We do not currently offer vegan or halal options.
