FAQs
- If delivery option is selected, make sure someone is available to receive delivery as products are perishable. Our in house driver will leave in a safe place if no answer and text through proof of delivery. Custom Cakes BNE takes no responsibility for product if they have been left outside.
- We are an online store and only accept orders via the website
- All cake & cupcakes orders require min 1 full working days notice, cut-off 10am for next day delivery Tuesday to Friday only
- We no longer accept custom order enquiries, we only offer products available for purchase directly off the website, product questions are ok
- Delivery is a flat rate of $14.50 or $19.50 depending on delivery zone Minimum spend of $40 for delivery option
- Pick up is from Redland Bay 4165 your conformation email will give you details
- All our cakes are a choice of vanilla or chocolate sponge cake with vanilla buttercream finish
- Gluten free / dairy free option may contain traces of gluten and dairy. We don't recommend for people with severe intolerances. Please note Gluten Free / Dairy Free option does contain eggs and soy.
- No, all products contain eggs
- Some of our product contain nuts, due to this we have to advise that all products MAY contain traces of nuts. We don't advise consumption of our products for people with sever allergies.
